STRICTLY NO non-booked or unpaid guests or visitors at any time.
Keys will not be released until full payment and deposit have been received as cleared funds.
CCTV in constant operation in all communal areas.
Displayed notices & instructions form part of this Agreement.
No smoking or vaping.
Any child or children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
Mandatory Quiet Time between 9pm – 9am (In the interest of children and workers)
Unacceptable or antisocial behaviour will not be tolerated.
Check in time: 3pm. Check out time: 10am.
